In February 2020, German Tobias Rathjen killed nine people of color at two shisha bars in Hanau/Germany. Like white supremacist terrorists Anders Behring Breivik and Christchurch terrorist Brenton Tarrant, he left a 24-page-long manifesto full of racist views against Jews, Muslims and people of color.
